A lifelong horse owner, she studied Equine Science and is a Certified Equestrian Property Specialist, giving her the rare ability to evaluate horse properties with both technical knowledge and real world insight.

Before entering real estate, Tori worked extensively in luxury equine operations, including managing private farms and high end equestrian facilities, where she developed a strong understanding of what makes a property functional, efficient, and well suited for serious horse owners.

Now she combines industry expertise with strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and a practical, detail driven approach. She represents buyers and sellers across Wisconsin, specializing in training facilities, hobby farms, and premier equestrian estates.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Tori and her team! Tori is a Dream Realtor. After listing with an alternate realtor and viewings going stagnant, she came out to our 20 acre farm after we had already relocated and had meaningful recommendations to be completed prior to listing. Not only did she have the recommendations, but sourced the team to help get them completed and monitored their progress for us! She routinely checked on the property to make sure with us not present and let us know if there was anything askew, which saved us for when a tree fell on the driveway right before photographs!
